Lung Tuberculosis

Although it typically affects the lungs, the infectious disease tuberculosis (TB) can affect practically any region of the body. Although tuberculosis can be transmitted from person to person through the air, becoming sick from it is difficult. If untreated, TB can be fatal, but when treated as prescribed, TB is usually always curable. The most frequent reason for infectious disease-related mortality worldwide is tuberculosis (TB) (see the illustration below), a multisystemic disease with a wide range of presentations and symptoms. In many regions of the world, TB rates are rising even if they are declining. Additionally, the incidence of TB that is resistant to treatment is rising globally. In contrast to other bacterial illnesses, tuberculosis (TB) typically exhibits delayed onset of symptoms. Even when you start to feel sick, the symptoms develop extremely gradually and are frequently mistaken for those of other illnesses.
